Two UKCPI member companies, SC Johnson and Procter & Gamble, have signed up to a set of voluntary standards for the manufacture of air fresheners.
The 2016 Air Fresheners’ Product Stewardship Programme, run by European industry body A.I.S.E., is a voluntary initiative which promotes best practices beyond the legal requirements that regulate our industry.
Thanks to the voluntary commitment to responsible manufacturing, communication and use of air fresheners, companies committing to this PSP enable consumers to make the best informed choices when buying and using air fresheners.
More information on the Air Fresheners’ Product Stewardship Programme is available on the A.I.S.E. website.
