A.I.S.E.'s Cleaning and Hygiene Forum
A.I.S.E.’s annual gathering of stakeholders and industry was live streamed on 2 December with over 300 registrations. The theme for Forum 2020 was “The future of an essential industry in the context of the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability”. Participants came
from the competent authorities from 15 Member States, the European
Commission, ECHA, poison control centres, EU Permanent Representatives,
as well as industry members and value chain partners. The online format
also enabled the broader network of detergents manufacturers from beyond
the borders of Europe to join the debate.

Highlights from A.I.S.E. Board
The
key topics on the agenda of the last Board meeting of 2 December 2020
were the European Green Deal, the governance of Charter 2020 and
A.I.S.E.'s priorities, as presented in A.I.S.E.'s revised Workplan
2020-2021 and Communications & Advocacy Plan 2021-2022.
