Organisers have postponed the ISSA/INTERCLEAN exhibition in Istanbul due to concerns from exhibitors and visitors regarding travel in and out of Turkey.
The exhibition, jointly organized by RAI Amsterdam, ISSA, and UBM EMEA. was originally scheduled for 7-9 September, but has been moved to 18-20 October 2017, ISSA announced today.

RAI Amsterdam senior vice president for international exhibitions Bas Dalm said organisers were still committed to holding the event, but that “exhibitors and attendees have expressed concern regarding their participation at this event, and we believe it is prudent to respect their decisions and find a more opportune time to bring the industry together.”
ISSA executive director John Barrett echoed Mr Dalm’s commitment to holding an event in the region: “Eurasia, and specifically Istanbul, remain strong regions of activity for the professional cleaning and hygiene industry, and we plan to continue to support the region.”
The next ISSA/INTERCLEAN event is now on 25-28 October, in Chicago, while the next European event is in May, 2018, in Amsterdam.
