UKCPI has joined fellow members of the Alliance of Chemical Associations (ACA) to agree a unanimous position in response to the recent publication of the Government’s response to the consultation on the UK REACH Alternative Transitional Registration model (ATRm).
The letter below has been sent on behalf of all 14 ACA members to Ministers and their officials at Defra and DBT, outlining why the Government’s response still leaves industry facing additional regulatory burdens, hinders new products being brought onto the GB market and leaves serious questions over data requirements.
